Evidence PDF viewports

AI settings

When a provider is configured, AI interpretation runs automatically after website, email, PDF, and FDF checks — adding plain-language summaries without changing rule-based pass/fail. FDF can also use agent assist for visual comment review (requires a vision-capable model).

Optional Vault upload setup

This is not a QA check. It is an optional final step to upload the approval PDF to Veeva Vault after QA completes. Leave these fields blank to run QA without Vault.

Client Vault URL

Enter the client's Veeva Vault URL where the asset is stored.

Vault Document ID / Asset ID

Enter the Vault document or asset ID that the approval PDF should be linked to.

Vault Username

Enter the username for the client Vault account or API user.

Vault Password / API Secret

Used only for this session. Never saved or logged.

Test the Vault connection to confirm the document can be found and accessed.
